Had to switch from another brand, their new product was worse in many areas. So for me the best thing is the versioning, so I can be confident that if I do not like the "new" version, I could just order the old one! The ingredients look reasonable, but I'm not an expert, I try not to care so much, because I doubt they are perfect (humans differ and so do theirs meals, copper blocks the uptake of zink or similar effects etc.).
