I absolutely love Queal. Tastes amazing, meets both my micro and macronutrient needs and I don't have to spend any longer than necessary in the kitchen. I don't want to be a chef three times a day, I just want a meal which is nutritionally balanced, quick and delicious. Thanks Queal for making this a reality, getting me out of the kitchen and back to the things in life that are far more important to me, like spending a day out with my partner, my hobbies or tackling college assignments. I use Queal for breakfast and lunch, sometimes dinner too. I want to know that I am fuelled all day, both physically and mentally, for anything that life might throw at me.
