I ordered Queal mainly to get a quick, filling Breakfast at work. It very much exceeded my expectations. The taste is quite enjoyable (especially the chocolate flavours), the consistency is good and one shake is enough to make me feel satiated. Special mention to the shaker bottle: the plastic screen at the top breaks the powder up pretty well. The screw cap is also a great idea. Overall im very happy with the product and will continue ordering in the future!
