I love love love the product! The taste variety is AMAZING! Not too sweet. Just perfect. Bag size very handy for "take away". The price is OUTSTANDING in comparison to other companies. You got yourself another happy long term customer! <3
Now for the downside: the "SHAKER". Luckily I already have a different one but the current shaker is so poor it's simply useless for what it's meant for. You can use it as a water bottle. Everything else results in epic failure. Here's why:
- impossible to controle pressure when opening the screw lid. As a result Queal will always spill all over the place. - screw lid has an unfortunate hole in the middle. Now I do get the plastic saving purpose but why not put the hole on the OUTSIDE? on the inside Queal gets stuck in there and it's a pain to clean - Nice thought on the silicone sealing but again it makes it more time consuming to clean (quick? meal) because you need to wedge them out somehow to clean properly - What's with the narrowing the bottle neck? Seriously that's a serious engineering failure there, I'm sorry. As a result the Queal powder is spilled everywehere but doesn't reach it's destination.. the bottle
How to improve:
- Make Screw lid MUCH wider or use an old fashioned clicking mechanism and tackle the spilling problem by adding some "locking" mechanism to the click lid - If you insist on that screw lid please make sure there won't be ANY way for Queal to get stuck (not just that hole, also the thread) - make the bottle WIDER to the top NOT narrower - use Coca Cola type sealing plastics and offer to buy new sealings instead of new bottle altogether
