I like the taste and the high protein content (60 per meal, huel has 50). Huel's presentation as to how their product works, especially the bit about high quality protein, is very easy to follow. With Queal's description, I fell like there is more information that tells me less of what I need to know. I am also concerned with the soy content, as I'd like to ideally avoid soy altogether (I know the research is inconclusive, but better safe than sorry). I'm a vegetarian and regular gym goer (so high quality protein is a priority) – I'm not vegan, so whey protein is fine.
