delivery = has room for improvement (took 9 days, Amazon can do it in 2 days)
website = slow and confusing
order experience = terrible. It says "Order x more bags for discount!". Fine, except that limit changes when changing the quantity on the shopping cart page. It looks like one part of the website doesn't know about the other part of the website and the developers don't talk to each other.
