Taste is great and variety great, although i find weird eating something tasting like nuts but not having any (maybe is not declared in ingredients?). I don't like the fact that it generates an abusive amount of intestinal fetid gas (doesn't this have any solution?). It satiates me for the whole day with a single portion, what makes me fear not receiving enough minerals, vitamins, etc.
