I´have been a loyal customer to Queal. I´ve been using it for the past 2 years, and what have i noticed is :
1- Their costumer service is been always great. Once i had a broken bag and they refunded it.
2- They're always doing improvements , from the most basic form, that is, the ingredients from their products , all the way going through their bag design up to their website design.
3- They actually listen to suggestions done from their customers, i don't know if it was because of me, but when i first joined them the shipping did not come with a spoon, so i couldn't really know the exact amount of powder for each meal, so i suggested them to add a standard spoon so we could actually follow the guidelines and they did it.
About the main product itself:
Like i said in the point 2, they are always doing improvements into their ingredients. This kind of product is wellknown for sending you right to the bathroom, but with the lastest ingredients i can tell, this has not been an issue anymore.
The Taste and the texture is great overall, i have had the chance to taste other similar products and this is by far my preffered one .
Like most reviews says, once you drink a meal, you feel satisfied and don't feel hungry at all.
About the new BOOST product.
i haven't had the chance to test it too deeply, but apparently works ! i don't know if i will keep getting it since it's way to expensive. 60 Euros for 30 meals it's way too much if i want to keep it for my permanent diet.
