Im giving a full 5 stars for queal Cool Chocolate, since all over flavours seem very weak and extremely boring in contrast, to the point where i left plenty of non-chocolate bags still open and unfinished. im by no means a chocolate-only person, and i definitqely enjoy many different flavours in everything, but things like banana was almost a chore to down, since (to me atleast) it barely had any kinda taste. Chocolate however you hit spot on, it tastes better than mcdonalds choco milkshakes, and i could (and will, just got my package of 26 bags yesterday) drink all day, every day!
The customer support is absolutely beautiful, they reply quickly (even though i imagine theyre quite busy), are extremely nice, polite and give perfect answers.
shipping was quick and always as promised, right on time. the box'es contents were very nicely arranged and cushioned, absolutely no complaints to be found here.
please excuse my bland writing today, i just woke up and have a headache.
overall, id rate Queal 11/10, since 10/10 is also used with companies of much lesser overall quality, which you people are worlds above.
