It's been 2 years for me since I first took some queal under the advise of my now roommate. I might be around 300 bags now.
Flavor : More is fine, but some feels like not that much different, like the chocolates ones. Also, the flavour feels like it has undergone a huge bump on some flavour like apple who's really awesome now.
Shipping :Experiencing some damage on most of the shipping due to the weak packaging, but always received it in the end (sometimes, package are reinforced by the delivering service).
Website : I would be great if getting to the choice of product could be more accessible. On my first experience of the new website I felt like where did I have to click. Though, the whole new feeling is much better.
Bags : The new bags often experience powder on the upper part, when you remove the protection it happens powder spread. But it really easier to fill your cup with this new format, it's a real improvement !
Mail : Queal is always quick to respond, cordial and keep it's we are nice and cool guy in their respond. News are nice to have, it's nice to have some like the 1st April one and support is really willing to help, I once received a response with some doge and it really makes the response more friendly to read, really good point there.
Price : It might be the weak point of Queal, 6€30/day is still costly for a part of the population. I used to took more queal when there was more special operation. On the other hand, I have no idea how much for the whole process, so it's mostly a comparison. Queal is not the cheapest but it's the tastiest.
Queal really has this pro side that makes it looks like a serious provider and it's cool side that makes it feel human and friendly to it's customer. Thanks you.
