Good, yet it can be improved in many ways. It was a good trial, as soon as I will be working and living by my own, I will probably go on with Queal. Pleasant flavours apart for "crazy peanut chocolate," which tasted pretty much like sawdust. A big plus for Vanilla and Apple pie. The delivery was fast and smooth, the packaging is very appealing. The t-shirt looks nice, is made of comfy material, and it was appreciated. I believe the standard product could be superior than the one offered by Joylent, nevertheless Queal athletic does not contain creatine, which is why, in my opinion Joylent sells more of that product line. The shaker has quite a narrow opening so it could be widened in order to introduce the powder in a cleaner way. I really liked the style of the e-mails and the customer experience in itself.
PS.: I have many ideas which can make you cut more costs and gain more market share, and I am looking for a job at the moment (just saying).
