I'm sorry to hear you feel you had such a bad experience with Queal.
I notice that you ordered on a Saturday. We sent the order to you on Sunday-evening. As the parcel needed to be shipped to the UK, the average shipment time is 3 workdays.
After 2 workdays you contacted us saying the tracking link was not updating. We responded to your inquiry within 30 minutes, letting you know we were requesting more information from our shipping provider, and that we would get back to you as soon as we had more information.
On Friday we received word that your shipment was lost in transit. We offered to send a replacement parcel immediately, but you requested a refund instead.
We gave you this refund within 30 minutes of you requesting it.
I'm not sure how we could have handled this situation any better. What should we have done to have earned a better review of our services according to your needs?
