My partner and I started using Queal to make lunch easier in our weekdays, personally I'm terrible at making lunch exciting and even remember doing it the day before, so I tend to get late alot. Queal makes a good fix on that part, and it tastes alright. On the down side, I don't feel like Queal really fills me up for a whole day of work, I often get hungry when my shift ends, and have to eat some kind of snack before dinner. Alternativly I've brought a wundrbar as my primary lunch, and a queal to sip on during the day (not the whole thing), this works out better for me, I've also experienced increased heart rate if I drank my whole Queal for lunch. I've read that other people experience the same with Soylent/Jake. Because of this I drink my Queal slowly and during the whole day instead.
