Easy ordering experience, fast delivery, good customer service 10/10. Actual product? Pretty good - easy to make, shakes are good , bars disappointing. Instructions could've been clearer - like avoiding clumps (even after a lot of shaking) and surprisingly difficult to find info on whether the mixed product needs to be refrigerated.
