The flavors really pop. At first I was a bit sceptic about the 'American Applepie' flavor. But once I tasted it... It really was applepie flavor and not some chemical taste. And not only that it really smelled like apple pie as well. So overall I have a very good experience with Queal.
Furthermore the shakes are indeed very easily to prepare. It is really just shaking 30 seconds and done. There you go, ready to eat/drink.
