I like the fact that there are so many flavors. Except for the banana flavor the shakes are very smooth. Three meals in one package is not very convenient. The free shaker is way too big for one meal and not very practical when traveling. The amount of needed scoops mentioned in the manual seems incorrect, at least if you use the free scoop. Or maybe the scoop is just too small. I would like the shake to be a bit thicker without using less water. All flavors I tried have a nice and natural taste. Some have an odd aftertaste though. There's room for improvement but I can recommend this product.
