My overall experience with Queal is positive, the flavors are mostly nice and the shake is definitely filling. What I would however like to improve on is the site, since ever you guys updated it, its not going as I would expect it to. And also other issue around this is, referral system, I got referred here with my friend, I got my discount, but he didn't, which I think should be definitely fixed. Also the mailing subscription... I mean I love the news like Wundrbar is here, or what is next limited edition or what is new or changed. But the feedback of others or how to change my Queal etc. feels unnecessary, leads to too many emails per period of time and makes me miss a information I would like to know, because I just ignore the mails. I know I can just unsubscribe, but I dont feel thats the solution. I think you should or seperate the subscription or limit the amount of mail you send. Other concern I would have is the shaker, I love to keep this one, but I would very much also invite a smaller size shaker, which i can fit to smaller bags etc. So around 450ml. This one for one meal feels unnecessary big and you cant take it "on go" which would be perfect. I know wundrbar is fitting, but if I go an travel around and would want the combination I feel simply the shaker is too big. Also I feel now that Wundrbar is out, there isnt enough information about it. Had to search that it is only 1/5 of meal and also I think since its new product, there should be a test version of them, like that you are able to order 1 piece from each, since now you are forced to buy package and if you dont like them, then they will go to waste and most likely will make you not order any new addition or tastes .
