The website didn't say anything when I pressed the "order" button, after I had put in my credit card details. And after pressing the button for a few minutes I got multiple mails confirming my order. Which wasn't very reassuring . So I had to contact support to make sure that I wasn't charged multiple times.
I had a friend refer me to Queal, which should have rewarded me a 10euro discount. and him 20. His reward never worked, and I couldn't get a free shaker from my first order, since there was a limit to only one promotion code? Didn't seem professional, well-communicated or fair.
For some reason, I'm not allowed to mix different types of product? It's only lite, only regular, etc. What a weird limitation.
Beyond that, I got literally flooded with e-mails: offers, site redesigns, "how to use queal" and so on. 1-2 is fine. 9 is not.
The product itself is solid. Though the ziplock doesn't work very well.
