A great product that let me achieve me goals easier. I enjoy the taste (4.0 version) and the consistency including the 4-5 of not feeling hungry (similar to a regular healthy meal). Been using it for almost 1 year now with large periods of only Queal diet and I couldn't see any bad side effects. I personally prefer the Vanilla taste since it has the mildest taste and sometimes I mix it with a few fresh fruits to shake it up a bit. They also have excellent support and fast shipping. Literally couldn't say anything bad about the company in general.
