Ordering is very fast and the food seems to be high quality. I personally like it (however vanilla flavor reminds me of the stuff they use to create dental impressions). Instructions were also very clear (honestly, what could you do wrong :) )
However there's one thing that bothered me during ordering. The website experience is really bad. It is slow. And after entering your credit card data and pressing the purchase button there is no indicator if it worked until you get redirected 10 seconds later that your order was successful. This is a no go. Maybe it was just the day I ordered, but I will see next time.
