I used to be terrible at eating while at work because I could never be bothered to make anything. It was costing me money, or leaving me hungry for hours. I decided to try a meal replacement shake and started making my own, but it was too much effort (yeah, I'm lazy). I looked around for an alternative, found Queal, and decided to give it a try, mainly due to the range of flavours. That was over 4 months ago. I now use Queal for 90% of my meals, have cut back on frozen burgers and pizza, and finally spend less time cooking than I do eating! I have tried other meal replacements and Queal is first choice. It has less sugar and more fibre than Joylent (only a couple of grams but still), and tastes so much better than Huel. My only worry is affordability with the whole Brexit fiasco.
