It was good overall. Some tastes were not exactly as the label said (the Banana Mania didn't taste like a banana, for example), but that's alright. I do like how comfortable it is to just...not cook and avoid spending time on that, but i think that i'll have some issues bringing it to work and having to justify it as a "lunch/meal substitute" in front of my colleagues :) So far, i only had 1 or 2 full days of Queal (where i did not eat other meals) and i thought that i would starve to death. I suppose this is something that i can get accustomed to, as my stomach is currently used to handling large amounts of food, but for now, this is something i need to go through. One of my other concerns, at this point, is that i couldn't find anything reassuring about the long-term effects of "eating" just Queal. And especially the high-protein version which i will probably consume. I know that having Whey Protein in large amounts is not recommended so i'm curious how this will turn out. In short, Queal gave me some small digestive problems and a lot of free time so i'll give it another shot and order some more meals. It's perfect for lazy people like me who also want to eat enough calories without necessarily counting them.
