I was suprised by the fast reply to a question I sent regarding my order. The shipping was also super fast so all in all the purchasing and customer service could not have been better. As for the product itself it unfortunately did not suit my metabolism at all. I do not however think this was due to the product being bad quality - my friend swears by this stuff. I suspect I have a soy allergy and that's why my body couldn't hadle it. A shame since everything else was top notch - the taste was great!
