I started replacing one of my meals per day with Queal. My favourite tastes are Cool Chocolate and Banana Mania. Unfortunately, in the first couple of days, my stomach was not used to Queal and the quick intake of a whole meal in liquid form. As I started to take several small sips, rather than only a few big ones, my stomach started to adapt. I like the relatively low price per meal and the taste of most flavors, so I will probably order again in the future. Shipping, by the way, was very fast with only a few days between placing my order and receiving the delivery.
