No trouble adapting to Queal, digestion-wise. I found the Banana and Apple Pie flavours to best to my taste. The chocolate flavours have a peculiar aftertaste that is not bad on itself, but it doesn't fit well with a chocolatey experience. I didn't see an option to get a scoop with my first order; will pay more attention now.
