It is filling, the texture is ok, it's easy too mix. But while the general taste would be nice, there is a quite bad chemical aftertaste. Also there is too much artificial sweetener in the product, adding to this chemical aftertaste. And the aromas uses are also tasting very artificial (also compared to other brands). Directly after drinking I feel lightheaded and even a little bit nausea. Did not happen with other brands.
