The good: Overall daily energy level increased, I seem to able to concentrate for longer periods at a time. Simple fast and tasty.
The Bad: My digestion is haywire, flatulence being the most noticeable problem. Mixing your every day food with queal seems to worsen the problem. Needs more fiber IMHO. It is a bit on the expensive side.
I will be trying to mix my own liquid meal soon because I believe I can use better or at least for me more suited ingredients, until then I'll be finishing what I have left of queal.
