I been eating Queal loss for a year now at least 2 or 3 meals a day and the results are really good almost 6 cm belly less and over 6 kilo's of body fat are gone. Even if you don't sport for 4 months, you will still lose weight. I really liked the flavors of Queal 2.0, specially the Appel pie and choco peanut were a treat. In Queal 3.0 the flavors are less outspoken. At launch I could not handel the new flavor, so I stayed with version 2.0 for 3 more months. This month I tried Queal 3.0 again, I think it has improved sins the launch and I like some of them so I am very revealed, I can keep on eating Queal. But were not jet at the nice flavor, we had in version 2 so keep up the good work.
