Using Queal as a student for those days where cooking something healthy becomes too time consuming. With a fair price and super quick international delivery it's perfect for those months where I'm stressed and really just want to threat my body with something healthy and easy. I'm happy how the flavors have developed and improved over time and even though it can be a boring meal and in no way a substitute to real food, I enjoy the taste of it and allways find myself surprised at how quick it fill me up. I find that the absolute best time to have a Queal meal is right after a workout session.
