It was interesting experience. I ate Queal for 2 meals out of 3. My stomach wasn't really settled for the whole time (2 weeks) and my craving for real food was pretty high at the beginning but it decreased over time. My goal was to reduce my blood cholesterol which it did, so I am quite satisfied (5.7 mmol/l before, 4.2 mmol/l after). The tastes are OK, Cool Chocolate is the one that stood out for me, it was awesome!
