Accessibility and clarity of the online purchase order was satisfactory. The website design is transparent and information, with item selection and checkout very user friendly. Delivery of the product was prompt and efficient.
Unfortunately the shaker bottle from the starter pack (including the four additional shaker bottles placed in the order) were not the same type as the advertised and selected when I placed order. The bottles I received were not the official Queal Shakers and more importantly did not contain the metallic shaker inset, only the plastic grid at the top. From my personal experience I find that the shaker bottles without the metallic shaker inset are inferior. Hence my purchase of four additional bottles as I they can be hard to get. The lid for the shaker bottles was also pyramidal in shape, this caused issues with the powder getting trapped and insufficiently mixing. Both factors contributed to poor uniform mixing and overall decreased my enjoyment of every flavour as clumps of powder remained even after vigorous shaking. My Taste Tester Feedback was definitely effected by these issues.
Overall I find your product extremely satisfying and do intend to continue with further purchases this month, but due to the wrong items being shipped I have reduced the rating from five stars to three. I would appreciate in my future purchase if five metallic shaker insets could be included, the current bottles will suffice.
