I've been saving a lot of time by replacing breakfast and lunch with Queal. Other benefit is a longer time before feeling hungry and the hunger coming on gradually rather than instantly. The only bad side with using Queal has been random stomach pain and watery stool, which seems to be directly connected to the amount of Queal being eaten in a short period of time, such as a few days or in a week. I believe this is caused caused by a lack of fiber and/or by not being used to the Queal and should end given more time and when adding more fiber to my diet.
I never expected my food source to get this simple, I love it!
