Following an almost hard start (my body needed to get used to the product), everything is fine now. The product and its manufacturer(s) seem to be extremely serious with customers. Awesome when they had sent an email to inform about a flavour inconsistency and be fully available in replacing the affected bags for free. I have been using Queal for 4 months and I've got my blood test results this week: everything normal! I hope Queal will never disappoint me and other customers!
