Overall i'm satisfied, i'm feeling full after one meal and like the general taste. The chocolate flavour is my favorite. The others are "all right" imo. I think the flavours are to much a like each other. And I'm not full for to long though. Within 2-3h im starting to hungry again and around 4h i'm starving.
