I was very happy with the speed of delivery and ease of ordering. Also, I like the plain, professional packaging on the individual bags. The biggest plus in comparison to other companies in this market is the variety of flavors. Every day I try something new and have been ( so far) pleasantly surprised with the taste.
On the other hand, the shaker I received doesn't really stay closed -- if I tried to take a shake "on the go" it would spill all over. Also, I can't really shake the bottle or else the contents would spay out. I spent the previous month trying a different company's product and never once had that problem, so I've just continued using their bottle. Also, it seems like this mix is consistently lumpy -- even if I sit and shake it for quite a long time, the lumps tend to stay. That's another problem I never had with your competitor.
In all, despite the great service and flavor options, I don't think I would order again -- the mix is just way too lumpy for me!
