I am here to give feedback for the service, not the product. The "No Recommandation" is meaningless to me, as would be a "Recommondation"

The service porvided by the customer service via Mail was great and quick. But: - Sadly, the promised service to send my package didn't work for me. - I requested my package to be sent the flat of my company, and not the company itself (same address, but different bell). But the customer service didn't make it clear in to the mailman, so he rang at the company adress...
