Overall it was good. I ordered 30 bags, and they were dispatched a couple of days later, arriving today. The only problems I encountered were:
1. The package tracking link I was sent did not work. The same thing happened with my first order as well. I had to email customer services to get the correct link.
2. I ordered a shaker with my order, to have as a spare. However, whereas the first shaker I received with my first order was a good quality, Queal branded, one, the second one is a cheaper “Buchsteiner Mix Magic” shaker. It does not have an internal mixing ball, not does it have a smaller pouring nozzle, as the first one did.
I realise you don't specify exactly what type of shaker you are selling, but I feel it is a bit unfair to send out a good quality shaker with someone's first order, than a poor quality one afterward.
