I somehow got four meals on the first day following the suggestion of 3.5 scoops. Texture is good, much better than SoylentLife. Feels much easier to drink, too. However, the choice of artificial sweetener does not work with me, I cannot stand the taste of sucralose (nor aspartame or acesulfame k). I would recommend isomaltulose (Palatinose) or Xylitol instead, these are neutral in the mouth.
