I think the packaging could be improved. The bags are just standard bags used for similar products, not Queal optimized. When I make a meal, it's difficult to get the powder out of the bag and into the shaker. Some always ends up on the table. When dealing with large amounts (like ordering 1 months worth of food) dealing with 30 different small bags is not optimal. I would prefer a bigger bag, and a bigger scoop, that would fit one meals worth of powder. And also a bigger shaker would be nice, because at times I would like to have a 1000kcal meal. Also making one meal takes some time and effort, so being able to shake whole days meals at once would be nice (yes it might take some strength, but that's what muscles are for).
About the calorie contents: I am an active person, and my daily calorie consumption is around 3000kcal. As Queal is marketed as a health product, I don't think I'm alone on this in your target group. Still there is no high-calorie choice in your product selection. This just means I need to eat other food, as you advocate against just scaling up the amount of Queal as would be needed. I see this as just money left on the table, as it would probably be quite easy for you to scale up the calories.
Otherwise I'm satisfied with the product, I will probably never use it as my sole source of nutrition, but it is great as a timesaver, and also a good way to cut down on meat and salt consumption.
