Queal was recommended to me by a friend who praised it highly. Having read my share of articles about Soylent in the past, but never given it or other similar food any real thought, I figured I would give it a try.
Queal has since proven to be super convenient and just plain amazing. It's quick and easy to prepare, it tastes way better than expected (and, depending on the flavor, it tastes really good by itself) and best of all, I don't feel any hunger between ordinary meal times, so there's no need for (mostly not-so-healthy) snacks.
