Interesting. Mostly positive. I have found some of the flavours to be too sweet for my tastes (mostly Apple Pie). I initially used Queal too often and felt a little ill, but adjusting my diet to include Queal alongside smaller solid food has completely removed any bad feeling. I eat Queal once a day, most days. I like knowing I've had a good hit of everything my body needs and some normal meals now seem deficient by comparison.
