First of all, I must admit that the customer service is excellent. They reply to each of my concerns really fast, normally in the same day. The shaker bottle was missed when I received my package. However I wrote them and after 5 days it was delivered with no extra charge (i live in Paris) The meal itself is a great success. I adore the crazy chocolate peanut flavour. Smooth vanilla and cool chocolate are nice too. Personally, I find 1800kcal meal really nutritious. 400ml cold water+3.5spoon of the powder do the magic. I don't feel hungry and therefore I don't overeat (which is kind of a big problem for me to control my appetite) Normally, I use Queal twice a day as I am not ready to give up solid food.
