I'm very sorry to see you posted such a negative and succinct review.
You ordered Queal from outside the European Union Allowances zone, which meant it was impossible to ship to your location. This was clearly marked on the website as well.
Because our shipment is automatic, we incurred significant shipping costs sending the parcel to an island in the middle of the ocean, before the parcel was denied by customs and shipped back to us.
Even though this was not our fault, we notified you of this fact and apologized immediately for not being able to ship to your location.
We gave you a FULL REFUND, including shipping costs, and I believed we did everything to help solve this issue for you as soon as possible.
I would love to hear from you what we could have done differently, to know how we can earn a higher review in the future.
