I have not been using Queal for long, only about a week and only for breakfast so far. I've tried the forest fruit and the chocolate peanut so I cannot comment on the other flavours. (Especially not when they have reformulated them all just after my order shipped!) However, I have been enjoying it so far and while I was hungry by 11am the first day, I haven't been hungry until lunch since then.
My only issue is that I would love love love some kind of measuring cup for the product. I'd hard to eyeball the amounts and it would be great to have a small measuring spoon of some kind!
My other issue was with the shipping company, but I think that is more Hermes fault and not so much Queal...!
