So far, it's been mostly as expected. A couple of the gripes seem to have been addressed in 3.0 (still haven't tried, just read about it today), which were the separate oil and the texture.
However, one thing that I think could be improved is the serving size. I understand the "3 servings per day" logic, but unless you take the 3 servings every day, and all from the same flavor, I don't think it's practical at all.
I weigh approximately 1/3 of the bag with a digital home scale for each serving, but everything could be easier if it came in 150g individual servings in the first place (or maybe different sizes for breakfast, meal and dinner). Much faster to prepare (no scale), could take it to work with no hassle, and the use of zip bags could be avoided which would probably be cheaper for you. At the moment I measure each serving and put it into a small container, to mix it at work; but that is quite non-practical (the weighing routine and having one more container to take to and from work and to be cleaned).
Want to make a serving with a larger or smaller quantity? Ok, open 2-3 individual servings and put them in a larger container and you're back at square 1. But I think this is not the case for most people.
Apart from that, I think the rest is well thought out. Although now I'd like to have 2 mixing cups, one at home and one at work. :)
