As far as i test it i'm more than happy. Eating around 1 or 2 meal a days with it it's nice. But i prefer putting more water than recomand, i generally put 1/2 liter for a meal. Also the 3 meal by bag is not very useful, a 1 bag by meal is more easy, but it's a detail.
