Do NOT buy their Queal Quartely deal. I tried out Queal, was happy, then I bought their Queal Quartely deal and now it has been delivered 1 HOUR away from me because Queal packs it all into one huge package beyond 20KG! It is standard practice that deliver companies rarely deliver to the door with such a heavy package, and yet Queal - a company that solely deliver their goods - are not aware of this. Thank you for "increased productivity" by wasting my time 2 hours combined transporting a 22KG package on a bike, since I don't own a car. Extremely disappointed in Queal!

Courier practices differ a lot between countries, and heavy parcels are sometimes handled differently than we'd like, which is what happened here. For anyone reading: we hold every Queal Quarterly order for a manual check before it ships, so if you email us right after ordering, we can split it into two smaller packages and avoid this entirely.
