It was sad when I told the consultant that can they please debit me on the agreed date, especially when it falls on a weekend or holiday, instead of coming up with a solution she just told me unfortunately they cant and thats how MiWay work, and left it at that, even after I explained that having a bounced debit order affects our credit score she did not care, telling her I am paying unnecessary bank charges, stick to her story thats how MiWay works, until I came up with a solution of changing dates.
