Has been very polite, especially with the call centre people. They always make small jokes that get you to chuckle when you're having not a great day. I also like the nurses whom they send out for HIV tests, they're really kind, and this is considerate for us who cannot easily leave home due to family and other issues.
Generally MiWay is a good company. And our blood will always remain pink. 🩷
