I was so unhappy with regards to my Aunty if I didn't force myself to push the guy who was so nice to me (big ups to him) forgot the name.
I am not happy about my policy that i pay every month no one is assisting me in my family.
then you have a nerve of calling my sibling who is on BI Form to confirm the funeral of my late aunt.
putting someone on the policy with a low cover I wouldn't be rich with that R10 000, it's the money that helped the family to buy grocery etc.
when I join the policy no one contacted my aunt to check if she is alive.
Not happy at all with service.
